PMU is launching its new work-study recruitment campaign for the start of the school year in September 2023. Thus, 40 positions are currently offered, particularly in IT, e-commerce development, marketing, content creation, commercial animation or support functions. In this context, a half-day of immersive job dating will be offered to pre-selected candidates on April 18 in Paris.

Today, PMU is a technological, innovative, customer-centric company, committed to the permanent modernization of all its processes, close to its BtoB partners in France and abroad. With already more than 40 work-study students present in the company in 2022-2023, under apprenticeship or professionalization contracts, the PMU will bring this total to more than 50 next year. The company thus places work-study programs at the heart of its strategic projects, its technological transformation and its development projects.

Young talents to contribute to the strategic projects of a tech company

By choosing PMU for their work-study program, students will be able to develop skills that are particularly sought after on the labor market in an ambitious, dynamic, useful and committed company. For this 2022-2023 campaign, 40 work-study positions are open at PMU for young talents with tech & IT, digital, commercial, image and video content, customer relations, but also marketing, financial, legal, HR or communication profiles.

For example, they will be in total immersion alongside the Tech teams who ensure the modernization and management of a core business real-time IT system that manages 1.1 billion transactions per year. In addition, the e-commerce and data businesses offer many opportunities, in connection with the digital transformation of the PMU which irrigates the entire company. Endowed with ambitious growth objectives, the PMU commercial network supports 13,500 merchant-partners throughout France and offers motivating challenges for candidates.

A half-day of immersive job dating for pre-selected candidates, April 18, 2023

For the second year in a row, PMU’s HR teams wanted to give candidates a unique and immersive experience to help them discover the show and the emotions that unite PMU, its bettors and horse racing players.

On April 18, 2023, the PMU teams will welcome the preselected applicants on the basis of their application to the Auteuil racecourse. During a half-day of discussions, they will thus be able to meet the forty managers of the PMU who offer work-study courses within their teams, dialogue with the Human Resources department and become better acquainted with the world racing and horse betting.
